Effective November 1st, 2024, we changed our management company to TOTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC. Please note that payment is due in full on January 1, 2026 and a $25 late charge will be assessed on any payment that is ten (10) days late (must be received by Monday, January 12th). Interest at 18% per annum will be assessed to any balance outstanding after thirty (30) days.

NOTE: The management company corresponds via email. If you do not have your current email address on file, please provide it prior to November 14th to avoid not being notified of the payment. Thank you.
